Fanta slice cake is a dessert that combines the refreshing taste of Fanta soda with a creamy, layered cake. Here's a recipe to make this delightful treat:
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
6 eggs
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 dl vegetable oil
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
0.6 grams baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
For the Cream:
250 grams butter
200 grams powdered sugar
500 grams cottage cheese (Túró)
12 grams vanilla sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
For the Glaze:
80 grams vanilla pudding powder
700 ml Fanta carbonated soft drink
4 tablespoons sugar

Instructions:
1. Making the Cake:
Start by beating the eggs and powdered sugar until creamy in a large stainless steel bowl (plastic bowls are not recommended).
Add the vegetable oil and mix well. Then, gradually add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder while continuing to mix until you have a smooth batter.
Line a 23 x 34 cm baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
2. Preparing the Cream:
In a separate bowl, combine the butter, powdered sugar, cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest. Mix until the cream is smooth and creamy.
Once the cake has baked and cooled, spread the cream evenly over the cake layer.
3. Making the Glaze:
In a saucepan, mix together the vanilla pudding powder and sugar. Gradually add the Fanta carbonated soft drink while stirring to avoid lumps.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens into a glossy orange glaze. This should take a few minutes.
Remove the glaze from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
4. Assembling and Serving:
Once the glaze has cooled slightly, pour it over the cream layer, spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate the entire dessert for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
After chilling, cut the Fanta Szelet into squares or slices and serve.
